Our boutique inner city venue is available for exclusive use for your event.
We can host a canape function for up to 200 guests through to an intimate dinner for your clients and colleagues, or family and friends. Our aim is to provide you with the most memorable experience for you and your guests.
Pilkingtons has a wide range of New Zealand and International wine, beer, spirits and Champagne to choose from; we can assist with choosing a range of beverages for your event.

Your perfect on-site wedding
If you’re planning your own wedding, having an “on-site” wedding will make the planning process that much easier. We have many of catering offerings available, as well as access to the basics, including designated space, chairs, and tables for your ceremony.
Events & Function
We can cater for most group sizes and budgets to find something that suit your occasion. Our personal Event Manager Vanessa will manage all the party details and answering any queries.

Amazing venue, incredible + warm staff. We held our engagement party at Pilkingtons on the 31st and can't recommend enough. The team are extremely attentive, canape's chosen were delicious , beverages are well priced for an inner city bar/restaurant and the cocktails are outstanding! Many of our guests raved about the food + cocktails, how beautiful of a venue it is and how awesome the staff were both during our event and following. The team on the night exceeded all expectations and set a new standard for us and our guests. We are so glad we chose Pilkingtons. The bonus is that their event pricing is very competitive compared to other venues in the area. Thank you Vanessa + team for your efforts and helping make our night one we will never forget.
